Below is a copy of coverage offered for an Appliance Service Agreement.  Coverage is for non cosmetic functional parts and labor only for kitchen and laundry appliances.  SoBellas Appliance will bring your appliance up to normal working as designed conditions.

An HVAC Performance Maintenance Agreement is a policy to maintain optimum performance of your Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.  No labor or parts are covered under this policy.  Twice per year SoBellas Appliance will turn on or off your respective equipment and do a through cleaning and inspections of up to 27 key components.
